Processing Time
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Our processing time is typically 3–5 business days. Sometimes sooner! This is the time needed to prepare, print, and package your order before it ships.
Shipping
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier volume.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not yet — we currently ship within the USA only. International shipping is coming soon.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number by email.
Note: Some small items (like certain stickers) may be shipped with a stamp and may not include tracking unless you upgrade at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes — cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of purchase. Please text 386-717-1019 to cancel so I can process the request.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Personalized Orders
Q: Can I personalize an item?
A: Yes! Many items can be personalized. Just send us a request, and we’ll let you know your options.
