Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
I work hard to get your order out quickly! All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is sent.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get another email with all your tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is automatically calculated and shown at checkout so there are no surprises.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
All delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location.
3. Shipping Locations
We proudly ship within the United States and to select international countries.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking will update within 24 hours, depending on the carrier.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international customers, your country may charge customs fees, VAT, or import duties when your package arrives. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Every country is different, and some do not charge anything at all.
6. Damages
I package everything with care, but once it's with the carrier, I’m not liable for any items that are damaged or lost during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Be sure to keep all packaging and the damaged items for the claim process.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be available for international shipping based on weight, size, or customs regulations.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you don’t have your package, please contact the carrier directly.
Once an item is marked delivered, I cannot replace or refund it, as the carrier is responsible at that point.
9. Order Changes
Once your order has been placed and production begins, I’m unable to make changes.
You have two hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation.
